History

The Cairo International Stadium is the first of its kind with Olympic standards in the Middle East and Africa. It is located in the Nasr City area of ​​northeast Cairo. The African Muaythai Championship in the Indoor Halls Complex in Cairo Stadium The International Muaythai Federation, headed by Thai Dr. Sichai Tepswan, announced the details of Egypt's hosting of the African Championship to be held in Cairo in the indoor hall complex in Cairo Stadium from 12 to 15 November, qualifying for the World Games in America 2022. The International Federation of the game stated that the competitions of the African Muaythai Championship will be for male and female players of ages from 17 to 40 years in the 45 kg competitions up to the 75 kg weight. The International Muaythai Federation wished all participating countries success in the African Championship hosted by Egypt for the first time in its history under the auspices of the Egyptian Federation of the game headed by Mohamed Ibrahim.
