The opening of the African Games for the Special Olympics was attended by Ashraf Sobhy, Minister of Youth and Sports, and Nevin Kabbaj, Minister of Social Solidarity, Engineer Ayman Abdel Wahab, head of the organizing committee of the session, Hany Mahmoud, President of the Egyptian Special Olympics, and artist Hussein Fahmy.
