Egypt won the Pan-African Volleyball Championship to be held during the period from 5/2 to 18/02/2020 at Hall 4 at the Hall Complex, covered by the Cairo Stadium, following strong competition with the countries of "Uganda, South Africa and Mauritius". The Badminton Federation, headed by Hisham El-Tohamy, won the honor of organizing this tournament as part of the general assembly of the African Union, which is held on the sidelines of the General Assembly of the International Federation of Nanjing, China, from 21 to 25 May.
