The conference included a presentation of the most important stages of establishing the commercial mall, in accordance with the directives of Mr. President, on an area of ​​12,000 square meters to serve monorail passengers, and consisting of two underground floors, a ground floor, and 4 recurring floors. It is also the first service project for citizens in cooperation with the private sector, with a usufruct right of 50 years and a size of returns. The commercial mall in Cairo Stadium costs 40 million pounds per month and half a billion annually.
